construction estimators for its growing business in South West
Michigan! Kalamazoo location no overnight travel. One position is
for a senior estimator, the second is for a mid-level professional.

The successful candidate will work with architects and client from
conceptual drawings and full construction phase to help the company
achieve their recognized standard of excellence in the education and
health care marketplace.
The candidate will provide the complete estimate on cost to build a
facility. Will know code requirements, material costs, labor costs,
etc. Will work with subs on their costs as well.
The ideal candidate has education and/or health care experience and
has experience with Timberline software and Excel
This candidate must be used to large projects, and should have the
personality to meet with high profile clients. These are top notch
