4-year degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 10 years experience managing on-site, at-risk, $10
million+ commercial and institutional projects. Residential and transportation construction
experience will not be considered. Demonstrated success in the following areas: Profit and loss
responsibility, Subcontractor management, Client relations, Management of self-perform labor,
Safety, Show a steady progression in responsibilities. A stable employment history required.
Completed at least several projects worth $10 MM or more - each, not in total. An excellent Safety
approach and record. Done a good number of on-site, at-risk projects. Experience in Health care,
Corporate Offices, and/or University. Predominantly multi-story. Both negotiated and hard-bid
project experience.

Qualified candidate should have a 2+ years experience as an on-site manager on construction projects.
Should be able to budget, negotitate contracts and purchases, schedule contractors and maintain time restraints.
Travel time is significant (about 70%).
