Non-citizens are not entitled to welfare so how can they all be on
welfare? On the one hand these border-jumpers are supposed to be
stupid and illiterate, on the other hand they are made out to be
geniuses who can manipulate the system to their advantage. Which is
it? If they indeed can manipulate the system, then it means that they
already have an extensive support network. All the more reason to have
comprehensive immigration reform.
The moment they have a child their child makes them eligible. They
don't shove the benefits into a babies' diapers, they give them to
