Construction Manager will be working for and reports to the Project Manager.
An office will be made available at the job site. Interface with General
Contractor as Construction Representative. Monitor construction progress
by subcontract and report deviations. Inspect material & equipment. Monitor
quality of workmanship and report. Monitor construction safety and report
violations.
Required:
Minimum 15 yrs. of exp. in commercial construction work, preferably in
construction management or supervision. Strong technical knowledge of typical
tenant improvement work particularly in the mep area. Understand documents
and have the capability to interpret them. Good working knowledge of construction
schedules and planning tools. Excellent communication skills. Please refer
