Question:
Finally have a completed product ready for sale. I have revamped,
redesigned and put some long hours into this project for the good of
pinball. :-) This project could not of happened without my wife, she
helpped and put in some dedicated hours ordering parts, materials and
even cutting tube.
As stated, I have added roller bearings to the upper axis and a
locking hasp to keep the PF lateral in case the thumb screws loosen
and you don't have a PF tilt on you when you don't want it to.
Also I have designed the latteral legs to screw into the A-frames with
no tools needed. Everything in the kit is ready to go out of the box.
NO TOOLS needed.
As with other designs, nuts were welded to the tops of the tube.
since this design uses thicker gauge materials that was not
necessary. Everything is beefier.
Answer:
If I hadn't just bought a gang of stuff to
build my own I would be ordering for sure. How the heck did you get a
$20 shipping rate on those by the way. That seems really cheap for a
big heavy box o metal : )
I have to say these look good.
How does it work? I assume the upper pf mouns to the red brackets and the
clamps are for the lower pf hangers to be clamped to the other cross piece?
What size is that piece?
Alot of nice work here Jason. i like the clevis pin.
sugestion... a 90degree hole for side ways also. that would mean another
hole in the large tube . but I think worth the effort. at second glance
there may not be room but maybe a 45 degree hole or 2.
Got my rotissorie yesterday. The parcel was cut open by US customs and
Dutch customs and looked like it was runover by a truck! (About nine
time's!) But just because of the amazing quality of Jason's product
there was no damage to the rotissorie at all! I'm very pleased with
the overall quality of the product and would recommend anybody who's
thinking of buying one to do so!
